• Email: hello@askfitcrop.com. We usually reply within a day or two.
• Instagram: @askfitcrop answers reels automatically, so it is the place to send a reel, not a question. For anything else, email is the way to reach a person.

How it works

1. On any Instagram reel or post, tap the paper plane and send it to @askfitcrop.
2. Say what caught your eye: “the jacket”, “her bag”, “those earrings”, or “all of it”.
3. We find each piece, clothes and shoes as well as bags, jewelry and sunglasses, and message you back with links to where it is sold.

Everything you find is also kept in the fitcrop app and on this website: log in with the account your DM link offers you.

Common questions

A result is the wrong item.

Tap not this one? under it in the app or on the website. That moves it down for everyone and tells us the match was wrong. Results are found by software, so some will be lookalikes rather than the exact piece.

You missed something in the reel.

Tap missing something from this look? and say what it was, or message @askfitcrop naming the piece, like “the gold chain”, and we look again.

A piece says it has not been searched yet.

Tap find it on that piece in the app or on the website, and the links appear in a minute or two.

I can't log in.

Use the same method you signed up with: Apple, Google or email. For an email account, use forgot password. If you only ever used Instagram, open the app link from your DM thread with @askfitcrop to connect your account.

How do I delete my account?

In the app or on the website, open preferences and tap delete account. The deletion page covers the other ways and what gets erased.

Does it cost anything?

No. fitcrop is free. Every link goes to the store's own website to buy.
